About us

A commercial floor care company built around documented scope

Commercial FloorCare 360 handles carpet care, hard floor restoration and specialty surface work for commercial facilities. Send us a few details and you get a written proposal you can hold us to — a site visit only when the job calls for it.

How we work

A written scope is what makes floor care work

Most disputes about floor care come from an undefined scope: which areas, how often, and to what standard. We remove that ambiguity up front.

Our estimating process captures each area separately — its size, surface type, condition and access — and prices it individually. That means you can see exactly which parts of a proposal drive the cost, and adjust the scope instead of negotiating a single lump sum.

For recurring programs, the interval is part of the agreement. Restoration work is priced separately from maintenance so the ongoing cost stays predictable once the floor is where it should be.

  • Measure, then price

Square footage and surface type drive the number. Send those details in the form and we price it — no site visit needed for most jobs.

  • Everything in writing

Each proposal lists the areas, the method, the frequency and the price per line, so there is no argument later about what was included.

  • Right method, right surface

Using the wrong process on a floor costs more than doing nothing. We match equipment and chemistry to the substrate.

  • Straight answers

If a floor cannot be recovered, or a cheaper interval will do, we say so in the proposal instead of selling extra work.
